WILL I RECEIVE 20% OFF ALL ORDERS?

Yes! All orders are 20% off as part of the Your Super Membership, no matter what you order.


ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE MEMBERSHIP?

All of our products are available for subscription as part of the membership except for our recipe E-Books and Digital Gift Cards.


CAN I CUSTOMISE MY UPCOMING SHIPMENT?

You can edit your membership as much as you like - every month if you want to! Add, swap or remove products directing in your account. Your subscription is 100% customizable.


CAN I EDIT THE FREQUENCY OF THE SHIPMENTS?

The membership will automatically set to renew every 30 days, but you can change this to 45, 60 or 90 days to suit your routine!

 

Please note, you can only cancel your subscription after the required minimum of 3 purchases.


IS THERE A CHARGE TO EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP?

There will never be any extra or hidden charges. In fact, we would love for you to make adjustments to your membership to ensure you always get what you need and want :).


HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?

Make sure you set up an account at the checkout! From your account you can manage everything to do with your membership by clicking “Manage Subscriptions”. You can always reach out to us if you have any problems! Log in to you account here:

Please be aware that if a shipment is already on the way, you will have to click “Manage Subscriptions” to update the following shipment. We cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

We require a minimum of 3 shipments before you can cancel your membership. After the required minimum of 3 shipments you can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at happy@yoursuper.com.

 

Please be aware that if a shipment is already on the way, we will only be able to cancel the following order. We cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.


WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP RETURNS POLICY?

When you sign up for the Your Super Membership, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription shipment. Our goal is to help you feel healthier and happier, so if you are dissatisfied during that time, we will do our best to help you find the recipes/routine that works best for you to make the most out of your mixes!

The 30-day guarantee is only valid on the first shipment.


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?

Orders shipped outside the US (e.g. Canada, Central & South America) may be liable to customs charges. Unfortunately we are not able to predict or prevent this fee, and the subscriber is responsible for all customs fees and rates.
