WILL I RECEIVE 15% OFF ALL ORDERS?

Yes! All Your Super mixes are 15% off as part of the Your Super Membership, no matter what you order.

 

You can also add One-Time products to your subscription for the normal price.


ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE MEMBERSHIP?

All of our mixes and bundles are available for subscription as part of the membership. Accessories, Ebooks and Digital Gift Cards are only available for One-Time purchase.


CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY UPCOMING SHIPMENT?

Your subscription is 100% customizable. You can edit your membership as much as you like — every month if you want to! Add, swap or remove products directly in your account.


CAN I EDIT THE FREQUENCY OF THE SHIPMENTS?

Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days, but you are able to skip your upcoming shipment and/or edit the next shipment date to suit you.


IS THERE A CHARGE TO EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP?

There will never be any extra or hidden charges. In fact, we would love for you to make adjustments to your membership to ensure you always get what you need and want!


HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?

Make sure you set up an account at checkout! From your account, you can make changes by selecting Edit, Skip or Add Products.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team at happy@yoursuper.com.

 

We cannot cancel a subscription order once it has been shipped. To change your next shipment, update your subscription preferences by clicking “Manage Subscriptions” from your account.


WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP RETURNS POLICY?

When you sign-up for Your Super Membership, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription order. Our goal is to help you feel healthier and happier, so if you aren’t satisfied during that time, contact us at happy@yoursuper.com so we can help you make the most our of your mixes, or send you the most up to date returns information.

 

The 30-day guarantee is only valid on the first shipment.


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?

Orders shipped outside the US (e.g. Canada, Central & South America) may be liable to customs charges. Unfortunately we can't predict or prevent this fee, and the subscriber is responsible for all customs fees and rates.
