Many of you asked how you can integrate all 7 mixes in 1 day. So I thought I would share a bit more about how my day looks like if I use all 7 functional superfood and plant protein mixes…
Breakfast: Started my day with a quick smoothie with 1 tsp Forever Beautiful, 2 tsp Super Green, 2 tbsp Muscle Power, 1 banana, 1 handful of berries and 1 cup water. I mostly use these mixes in the morning, when it’s not in a smoothie I will add them to some quick oats with raisins, almond butter and banana on top.
Snack: While I was in the office, I shaked 1 tsp Power Matcha in 1 cup of almond milk. I like it cold, but you can also warm it up. Super quick and easy plus it helped me to get my work done!
Lunch: I made some rice cakes topped with: (1) avocado, tomatoes, Super Green mix, pepper and salt (2) almond butter and Chocolate Lover mix (tip: also good with the Forever Beautiful mix on top!)
Pre-workout snack: 30 minutes before my workout I stirred in some Energy Bomb mix in a small glass of water. Whenever you ever feel tired after a day of work and are not sure if you can make it to your workout class, this mix will do the trick!
Dinner: I cooked some gluten free pasta, with a tomato sauce and fresh salad leaves on the side. For the sauce I used: 1/2 aubergine, small broccoli head, 1/2 cup tomato paste, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp. Skinny Protein, pepper, sea salt and 2 tbsp. tahini.

Can I combine different mixes? Yes you can! I love doing that as you saw in my morning smoothie - some people even add 4-5 mixes in one smoothie.
Do you use all 7 mixes every single day? I would say on an average day I probably use 4 out of 7 mixes :) Forever Beautiful and Super Green I use every single day (sometimes even 2 or 3 servings)… by simply adding them to the water I am drinking during the day. The other 5 mixes rotate from day to day, depending on whether I need more energy, focus, plant protein or guilt free chocolate! But that’s me and everyone is different - so it’s up to you to figure out what combination makes you feel your best.
What is the function of each mix?
