A smoothie or a bowl of oatmeal makes for a great go-to breakfast, but when you're in need of a little variety, make a bowl of berry chia pudding.
As the name suggests, this recipe is made with cha-cha-cha-chia seeds. The word “chia” is the Mayan word for strength, which makes sense considering they offer a decent amount of protein.
This healthy chia pudding recipe contains the full recommended daily value of vitamin C thanks to our Forever Beautiful mix. And because it’s made with 6 antioxidant-rich superfoods, including blueberries, maqui and açai berries, your skin will love it, too!
The best part about this vegan chia pudding is the addition of our Energy Bomb Mix. Just one teaspoon can help boost your energy, making it the perfect replacement for caffeine energy drinks and a fantastic pre-workout booster.
For an easy grab-n-go breakfast, make this pudding ahead of time. It also makes a great, healthy dessert, too!
