How is this mix gluten-free if it contains barley grass and wheatgrass?
Wheatgrass or barley grass are the young gluten-free grasses of the wheat or barley plant. They are different from the wheat grain or barley grain that grow on the same plant and DO contain gluten. We test all products with 3rd party lab tests to ensure they are considered gluten free.
