PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Energy Bomb
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup almonds

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and roll into balls.
  • Store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

Substitute for the nuts? Can’t eat nuts at all. What be the best sub? A seed or sunflower butter etc?
