  • 1 tsp Mellow Yellow mix
  • 1½ cups plant-based milk
  • maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)


  1. Heat the milk in a small pot.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the remaining ingredients and whisk until frothy.
  3. Transfer to a mug and enjoy.

Mellow Yellow mix is fantastic. It is my new favorite. I love the golden milk recipe. So delicious. Definitely going to be a staple in my pantry.
