Vegan mango lassi
This trendy drink from India has taken the world by a storm; with this simple recipe, you can easily whip up a vegan mango lassi at home.
Originating in Southern Asia, the creamy yogurt-based drink comes in three variations: sweet, salty, or bhang (a canibus-infused drink!). Mango lassi however, is one of the most popular ways to enjoy this creamy treat.
Traditionally, cow milk and yogurt are used to make lassi, but we transformed this classic recipe using plant-based ingredients making it a great dairy-free alternative.
But what makes this mango lassi recipe really special are the superfoods. To support the probiotic benefits of the yogurt, add a serving of Gut Restore, THE superfood mix with living bacteria cultures to support digestion. With its tropical and slightly tart aromas, Gut Restore spices up your classic mango lassi recipe to make good for your gut health!
It’s also made with our Plant Collagen Mix, which contains skin-loving superfoods that can protect your natural collagen, improve skin elasticity, promote hydration, and prevent signs of aging.
You can enjoy this drink with a spicy dish or as a snack between meals, either way this vegan mango lassi will help you achieve a gorgeous glow and smooth digestion.
