When the temperatures rise, there’s nothing better than an ice cold dessert – like these tropical turmeric popsicles.

While you may not be jet-setting to a tropical paradise, the combination of coconut milk, frozen pineapple, and mango is surely an oasis in popsicle form.

And thanks to our Mellow Yellow mix, these popsicles are packed with calming herbs and spices, so you can really chill out. This powerful blend contains natural anti-inflammatories, like turmeric, ginger and cinnamon as well as ashwagandha, a natural stress reliever.

So the next time you need an escape, sit back and relax with our tasty tropical turmeric popsicles.

TROPICAL TURMERIC POPSICLES RECIPE

Makes 9-10 popsicles | VEGAN

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Mellow Yellow mix
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 passion fruit (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
    3. When ready to eat, remove the popsicle mold by running it under hot water for a few seconds.
    4. Enjoy!

       Tip: Add 2 tsp Forever Beautiful mix for berry popsicles.
