Orange, Carrot & Ginger Smoothie Recipe


  • 2 tsp Golden Mellow Mix

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • 1 large carrot, washed and roughly chopped

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 ½ cups water


  1. In a medium pan, bring 1 ½ cup water to a boil.

  2. Place the 1 1/2 boiled water, 1 cup of room temperature water, and all the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
