Luckily, I have never struggled with major acne or pimples in general. But unfortunately, my skin was always sensitive, dry and irritated. No matter what I did, nothing helped. My Go-to Smoothie for Glowing Skin 

This berry smoothie is so easy to make and really helps to replenish the body with antioxidants and healthy fats - which will not only make you feel great but also glow from the inside out!
Simply blend 1 tbsp Forever Beautiful with 1 cup of blueberries,1 frozen banana, ½ peeled lemon, ½ beetroot and 1 cup almond milk or water. Try it!! Also, if you have access to fresh aloe vera, I really recommend adding it to your smoothie as well.
