Everyone is always wondering what Kristel eats in a day and who can blame them? She’s glowing, bursting with positive energy, and always has a smile on her face! Clearly, her routine is worth following.
Here’s how Kristel uses her favorite Your Super mixes throughout the day, plus what she loves to eat during winter to stay healthy and boost her immunity.
To start each day, Kristel drinks two glasses of water. She keeps up this hydrating habit throughout the day by drinking 8 glasses of water in between meals. This helps her to detox her system, stay hydrated, and fight hunger.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp Super Green
2 tbsp Skinny Protein
1 tsp Forever Beautiful
1tsp Power Matcha (on mornings when she’s tired)
1 handful spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
juice 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp coconut milk
1-2 cups water

Handful of tofu
