Where To Start

The 5-day detox is just a taste of how good you can feel in your own body when you eat the right foods. So, post-detox, the goal is to continue to incorporate these foods: fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans….and, of course, Your Super Mixes!

 

The first week after the detox...

...is the most important to ensure you keep up your new healthy habit. But don't feel nervous - it’s so easy!

 

  • Start your day with a big smoothie or oatmeal with Your Super mixes and fresh fruit
  • Eat a delicious plant-based lunch (we love wraps with superfood dips, or big salads)
  • If you need a snack in the afternoon, blend up some dates, nuts and your favorite mix to make bliss balls
  • Dinner can also be plant-based! Try vegetable pasta with Super Green or sweet potato curry with Mellow Yellow

Kristel’s Top Post-Detox Tips

 

1. Start your day on a healthy note

Keep up the Your Super smoothie to start your day healthily - just like during the detox! Lots of our favorite recipes can be found on our blog or Facebook group.

 

2. Read the ingredients list, not the nutrient table 

Eating well shouldn’t be about counting calories and restricting yourself, but rather focussing on eating real foods! If you don’t recognize the ingredients on a product label, think twice before you buy it.

 

3. Learn to listen to your body

Eat when you are hungry, avoid snacking if you’re not. Some days you will eat more than others and that's life. Your body won’t act the same every single day - and that's ok!

 

4. Keep up your 5-a-day

Make sure to keep using 5 servings of your favorite your super mixes every single day
😄 . Remember that you can also simply sprinkle them over your meals to make it extra easy!

 

5. Start learning to make more plant based recipes

After the detox is a beautiful time to experiment with more plant-based meals... You don’t need to turn 100% plant-based right away, but let’s try together to get more plants into your day!
