VANILLA MATCHA OATMEAL RECIPE

Serves 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp Power Matcha mix
  • ¾ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

      DIRECTIONS:

      1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the Power Matcha mix, in a small pot.
      2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
      3. Remove from heat and stir in the Power Matcha mix.
      4. Pour into a bowl, add some toppings, if desired, and enjoy!
