We don't believe that juice fasts are the only option to clease your body, but that a diet consisting of whole foods is the way to go. One of the recipes in our guide is this delicious hummus featuring our Super Green Mix. Give it a try and tell us what you think!



  • 1 tablespoon Super Green Mix
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 small garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon organic sea salt
  • 1 dash of white pepper


    • Blend all ingredients in a blender/food processor until smooth.
    • Pour into a bowl.
    • Dip with veggies or crackers.
    • Enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: Sprinkle some hemp seeds over the dip for some added healthy fats!
