It's important to get your greens in, guys. Your mom always told you to eat your broccoli, and now we do. But good news: You can sneak all the greens you need into your favorite recipes and enjoy them! Rachel from @healthyandpsyched created this delicious breakfast bowl and we are happy to share the recipe with you today! It is made with our Skinny Protein Mix, which is a blend of Pea Protein, Hemp Protein, Moringa, Spirulina, and Alfalfa. So you're not only getting in greens but also start the day with lots of protein. Sounds good, right?



  • 15g Skinny Protein Mix
  • 50g oats
  • 90g grated zucchini
  • 80g ripe banana
  • 175ml rice milk
  • 125ml boiling water


  • 100g heated berries
  • mixed dried fruit
  • granola 


  • Place all of the ingredients in a pan over a medium heat. Stir them well and then cook for around 5-10 minutes until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
  • Stir every few minutes so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Transfer into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
  • Enjoy!
