Green Oatmeal Vegan Matcha

It's that time of the year again. Summer is over, it's getting colder and darker and leaving your bed in the morning feels a lot harder than during the warmer months. But: This Power Matcha Oatmeal Bowl will make things a lot easier for you! It's comforting, warm and delicious. Plus it will help you take on your day and keep you satisfied and going for hours! Give it a try! 

POWER MATCHA OATMEAL BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 1 cup (gluten free) oats
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 mashed banana

TOPPINGS:

  • sliced banana
  • sliced strawberries
  • optional: rose petals

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place the oats, almond milk, coconut sugar and mashed banana in a pot and bring to boil.
  • Let simmer and stir constantly to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Add the Power Matcha Mix and combine well.
  • Pour in a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
  • Enjoy!

SUPER TIP: Add a tablespoon of almond butter for extra creaminess and healthy fats!
