I've been hooked on overnight oats recently, especially Matcha Overnight Oats. This recipe is so incredibly easy to make, not to mention delicious AND healthy. I especially love this Matcha Overnight Oats recipe on days when it's too hot to make a matcha latte.

POWER MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Power Matcha
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 80g (gluten-free) oats
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • the juice and zest of 1/2 lime

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl or jar, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to eat, add toppings and enjoy!
