Green Oatmeal Vegan Matcha

We love Matcha Overnight Oats in the summer. But during the cooler months, I'll switch over to Matcha Oatmeal. Not only will this Matcha Oatmeal warm you up, but the Power Matcha mix will give you the brain-boosting energy you need to focus and be productive.

POWER MATCHA OATMEAL BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Power Matcha Mix
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 mashed banana

TOPPINGS:

  • sliced banana
  • sliced strawberries
  • optional: rose petals

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place the oats, almond milk, coconut sugar and mashed banana in a pot and bring to boil.
  • Let simmer and stir constantly to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Add the Power Matcha Mix and combine well.
  • Pour in a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
  • Enjoy!

SUPER TIP: Add a tablespoon of almond butter for extra creaminess and healthy fats!
