Power Matcha Oatmeal

Switch up your morning matcha routine with a bowl of brain-boosting Power Matcha Oatmeal.

We love Matcha Overnight Oats in the summer. But during the cooler months, I'll switch over to Matcha Oatmeal.


Not only will this Matcha Oatmeal warm you up, but the Power Matcha mix will give you the brain-boosting energy you need to focus and be productive.

POWER MATCHA OATMEAL

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Power Matcha mix
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • toppings (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients (except the Power Matcha) in a small pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Power Matcha mix.
  4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.

SUPER TIP: Add 1 tablespoon of almond butter for extra creaminess and healthy fats!

Made this today and it was YUM! I only used 1/2 cup of oats and I used date syrup (just a little cause the banana is sweet). Going to try more variations of Super Powder Oatmeal :)
