Smoothies are awesome and so versatile! I like to use Super Green in mine to make them as green as possible, so I start my day with lots of nutrients. Check out this smoothie for inspiration.
A breakfast classic and a great way to start the day - porridge! It doesn’t have to be plain and boring... this Carrot Cake Protein Porridge, for example, is to die for. Add the YSF mixes and your favorite toppings and you got yourself a nourishing and delicious breakfast.
3. Avocado Toast
One of my favorites is Power Matcha Avocado Toast. I simply mash 1 avocado with a fork, add 1 tsp of the Power Matcha mix (it boosts my focus in the morning) and season it with lime, sea salt, and black pepper and enjoy it on gluten free toast.
