Ever since we moved to LA, I noticed there’s a biiig hype about beauty water here. We all know that it’s important to stay hydrated in order to stay healthy and keep our minds operating at their full potential.

Unfortunately, many of us are constantly dehydrated which results in fatigue, weight gain, joint stiffness, headaches, poor skin elasticity and wrinkles, to name a few...

But sometimes just plain water can be super boring, and sometimes it’s nice to add some flavor (and nutrients!) to jazz it up.

And I figured… I can simply make beauty water by myself by simply mixing the Forever Beautiful in water. Easy as that.

This is honestly my new favorite thing and it saved me tons of money. It’s tasty and packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and beauty vitamins from the organic acai berries, maqui, acerola, chia seeds, maca and blueberries in the mix

This way, you’re reaping the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties while getting in more hydration at the same time, even when you’re busy or out and about.

As for me, my skin has never looked better - so I'm going to keep sipping! :)

Hope you give this a try and enjoy it as much as I do. Let me know in the comments what you think!

I have tried the Forever Beautiful in water as you suggested and I really like it. Have been spending quite a bit on kombucha with chia seeds, and the homemade water is as good or better, because I can use my own clean water and organic Forever Beautiful. Thanks for the tip!
