Homemade Chocolate Recipe

Christmas time is approaching us rapidly and we thought it would be a nice idea to share our favourite homemade chocolate recipe, that also happens to be vegan and raw, so you can spoil your loved ones with delicious and healthy chocolate. Yes, you heard right: healthy! Chocolate has a very bad reputation when it comes to being healthy – but raw cacao is actually a superfood! It's a great source of magnesium, antioxidants and essential fatty acids. It's the sugar, the saturated fatty acids and additives that make chocolate unhealthy. Our version doesn't contain any of these nasties, but is made with several superfoods like cacao, carob, lucuma and chia seeds thanks to our Chocolate Lover Mix, which makes it the ultimate healthy alternative to common chocolate. Try it! What toppings are you going to add?


  • 1/4 cup melted cacao butter 
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Lover Mix
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup


  • pistacchios
  • sesame seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • dried cranberries


  • Combine the ingredients for the chocolate in a bowl and stir well.
  • Fill into a lined container or onto a baking tray. 
  • Spread your toppings on the chocolate mix and freeze everything for about 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Feel free to play around with the toppings and try out different variations!
