VEGAN STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE RECIPE

SERVES 1 | VEGAN

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp Energy Bomb mix
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful fresh strawberries
  • 1½ cups plant-based milk
  • vanilla extract (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

I’m so inspired by recipes but sometimes don’t have the time to do something more than a quick smoothie. But this is a great way to incorporate the powders. I usually have either a strawberry-banana smoothie, or blueberry-banana smoothie and I put the energy bomb, super green, power matcha and forever beautiful into it so I can get them all in one swoop. If I have more time, I’d love to try more of these recipes like the energy balls on the weekend. :) This is a great simple recipe. Instead of the bananas being frozen I use frozen fruit and fresh bananas, and I do use plant-based milk but I use flax milk instead of almond milk because it’s high in omegas.

I’ve made this before I’ve read this recipe & IT IS JUST SO GOOOOOOD AND THE BOMB to the point that I wouldn’t even go to work without this. I really recommend this to everyone! :)
