HEALTHY PINA COLADA

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Mellow Yellow mix
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana (or ½ cup pineapple or mango)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Followed recipe exactly. So delicious! Used fresh pineapple, and the natural sweetness is amazing! I wonder if I add a little skinny protein mix, if it would ruin it or not? Will try next time. Thank you for another great smoothie recipe. <3
