4 EASY OVERNIGHT OAT RECIPES

overnight oats

Overnight Oats. Probably my favorite breakfast of all times. Why? Because it's so incredibly easy to make, delicious AND healthy. Plus, it's a real life-saver when you're running short on time in the mornings.

If you’ve never heard of overnight oats before, let me give you a quick little intro:

Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking your oats with liquid on the stove, you simply combine oats with liquids and other add-ins, and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

It will turn into a creamy pudding-like porridge that's perfect for busy mornings - just grab and go!

We love to stir in any of our 7 functional mixes for some extra nutrition and we've been doing it for all our breakfast and brunch events recently. Everybody has been loving it so far and we figured it's about time to share the love with you!

Our go-to base is oats soaked in liquid (we like almond milk). We'll also add a sweetener (dates, maple syrup, etc.) seeds (chia, sunflower,...), nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanut butter...) or fruit. And of course we'll stir in our favorite superfood mix and add some toppings. Boom! Breakfast is served! So easy :)

If you don't want to wing it, we've put together our favorite overnight oat recipes (below).

Tip: Overnight oats keep well in the refrigerator for up to five days – make them on Sunday night, and you’ll have a healthy breakfast ready every day for the whole workweek!

P.S. Did you know that we donate life-saving food bar for every mix we sell? Help us make the world a healthier and happier place :)

Truly, the Peanut Butter & Chocolate overnight oats are amazing! The flavor and texture is really delicious. I added some cocoa nibs on the top and I added the Muscle Power, because this was an after-workout breakfast. This is also a great option for a grab and go breakfast. This will definitely become a go-to breakfast for me.

I use steel cut oats for my overnight oatmeal almost every day! I use either almond milk or coconut water for the liquid and usually add SP and FB. Any of the mixes will do, and the mixes with “texture” work really well since the oats and the overnight soak alleviate the grit of the chia seeds. I add dried fruits or berries (which plump up overnight) and I stir in peanut butter or almond butter in the morning. Sometimes a banana. If you tend to not like the taste of the green mixes, the oats, etc. camouflage it very well. I’ve never had to add any sort of sweetener. I’m addicted to overnight oats!!!
