We all know that feeling – you come home from the gym, super exhausted, wishing you had something you could snack on. We’ve got something for you, that will definitely help you out the next time! These Muscle Power Granola Bars are the perfect snack after finishing your workout. The Muscle Power Mix is a plant-based protein made of Pea and Rice Protein, Maca Root, Lucuma and Banana powder. Doesn't get better than that! 

There's no need to buy pre-packaged protein bars that are usually full of chemicals, processed sugar and are often expensive. You won't only save a few dollars but also know that you're doing your body something good while enjoying these.

  • 1-2 tablespoons Muscle Power Mix
  • 1 cup of gluten free oat flour 
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (you can use almond milk as well)
  • 1/2 cup puffed amaranth
  • 12 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • handful of raisins
  • handful of sunflower seeds
  • cinnamon, vanilla


    • Pre heat your oven to 390°F. 
    • Start by preparing your chia 'egg': mix the chia seeds and water in a bowl and wait until they form a gel.
    • Meanwhile, blend your oat flour, soft dates, coconut milk and coconut oil.
    • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
    • Add in plain oats, puffed amaranth, raisins and sunflower seeds.
    • Mix it all together before adding your chia eggs, Muscle Power Mix, cinnamon and vanilla.
    • Line a baking tin with paper and pour the mixture in.
    • Top with a few more sunflower seeds.
    • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
    • Once they’re ready, let them cool down before you slice.
    • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Make your own oat flour by blending oats in your blender!
