You won't only save money but also know exactly what you're putting into your body. Plus, our version is packed with protein – which makes it the perfect post-workout snack. It's a win-win-situation! Let's get into the recipe:

MUSCLE POWER HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons Muscle Power Mix
  • 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper as you like

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
    • Enjoy! 

     SUPER TIP: Play around with spices and herbs to create different flavours!
