Overnight oats are the perfect filling breakfast to prepare in advance if you don't have much time in the mornings (or prefer to snooze your alarm twice before actually getting up. Don't worry, we've been there!). You just whip everything up the evening before, leave it in the fridge over night, grab it in the morning and voilà – the perfect delicious and filling breakfast on the go.



  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Lover Mix
  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tbablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


  • 3 stems rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon


  • Mix all the ingredients for the oats in a jar, stir well and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Cut the rhubarb into chunks and place it in a pan with the lemon juice and coconut sugar.
  • When the rhubarb is soft, add the berries. Stir well.
  • Let it simmer for a cople of minutes until everything is well combined.
  • Pour in a bowl and let it cool completely.
  • The next day layer the overnight oats with the compote.
  • Enjoy!

SUPER TIP: You can also swap the Chocolate Lover Mix with the Forever Beautiful or Energy Bomb Mix to change up the flavours!
