Muscle Power Protein Balls

 

This is such an easy and delicious treat! Nutrition and diet is the best way to achieve your goals of being in great shape and these Muscle Power Protein Balls will keep your cravings for processed sweets at bay. We love to make these and have some before or after our workout. Give them a go – you won't regret it!

MUSCLE POWER PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40g Muscle Power Mix
  • 75g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp. peanutbutter or almond butter

TOPPINGS:

  • shredded coconut

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you have a sticky dough
    • Using your hands, shape the dough into round balls
    • Roll them through coconut rasp until they are covered
    • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Try rolling them in Chia seeds for extra protein!
