TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO

This beautiful purple smoothie is made with 3 of our favourite berries: blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. And we know, there is a ton of berry smoothies out there, but this one is special – we promise! It's super creamy thanks to the coconut milk and filling because of the oats. We added some of our Forever Beautiful Mix, too, which is a blend of chia seeds, acai berries, maqui berries, acerola cherries, and blueberries. Sound berry delicious, right? Here's the recipe:

TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Forever Beautiful Mix
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful frozen blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons oats

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Put your smoothies in a bowl, add your favourite toppings and eat it with a spoon!
