Power Matcha Smoothie

We love Matcha, we love Kiwi, we love Kale. @veganinheart combined all of that in a delicious green smoothie. Just look at that amazing jar of goodness! Check out her instagram for more inspiration. Here's the recipe:

POWER MATCHA KIWI SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 JARS):

  • 2 tablespoons Power Matcha Mix
  • 4 ripe kiwi
  • 2 handful of baby kale
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients except the oats and shredded coconut in a blender until smooth.
  • Layer the oats and shredded coconut evenly in your 2 jars.
  • Pour the smoothies into your jars.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Top with blueberries and coconut chips for extra yumminess!
