Mint, Apple & Lemon Spa Water



  • 2 tsp Gut Feeling Mix
  • 1l cold water
  • ½ bunch fresh mint
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • ¼ inch knob of ginger, grated


  1. In a large pitcher, add Gut Feeling Mix to water and stir until combined.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
