When was the last time you used gooseberries? We think it's about time that you get on these little bursts of flavor again! We can't get enough of gooseberries at the moment thanks to Lena from @lenkas_kitchn. Try this yummy green smoothie for an energizing start into the day!

GOOSEBERRY GREEN MATCHA SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Power Matcha Mix
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful gooseberries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Use your favorite toppings and enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Try puffed quinoa and goji berries as a topping. It's delicious!
