This smoothie bowl is the perfect afternoon snack, as it's whipped up in no time, tastes delicious and gives you a fruity wake-up call whenever you feel like taking a nap (we've beem there, trust us...). We just love frozen bananas for making smoothies so creamy and rich. Try it, it's lifechanging!
BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon Energy Bomb Mix
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
TOPPINGS:
- more raspberries
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add your toppings.
- Enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Use other berries instead of raspberries if preferred!
